This is a cute “Hyakuman-yaki” shop modeled after “Hyakuman-san,” a character that promotes tourism in Ishikawa Prefecture.
We also have eating and drinking space in the store, rental tatami room on the 2nd floor, and aroma treatment space (reservation required). Of course, you can take away drinks. For a break during your trip, you can relax in the space of a Kanazawa Machiya over 150 years ago at the end of the Edo period.
